I already conceded that the world design is groundbreaking. But the writing is abysmal. The characters are not very interesting at all and the story is all over the place. I dont think ive ever meet someone who played GTA 5 for the story. Metacritic score means bery little in this day and age with the state of gsming journalism. I would argue that GTA 5 is actually caters MORE to the COD and Fortnite crowd and thats why its become shallow.
@ goldwyncq Its really not. Besides the feel of the world and the look of it, theres really nothing all that ground breaking. In fact, most people dont even finish it because its so tedious and boring.

Sorry, but i think you're wrong and I disagree with your opnion. Since the first MGS, the series has oversexualized women while portraying them as strong characters. In MGS 1, the way to find Meryl is by looking at her ass. Almost all the women in MGS have always had massive cleavage. In MGS 4 you can make the B&B corp pose for you to take pictures. Good ol' reliable EA. U can never rely on their games being stable, but u can always count on there being a "pay more" edition to their games.
I don't think that Bloodborne build any platform. The platform was Demons Souls. Bloodborne is the extension of the souls series and its more mainstream. The story telling has always been the same with all other souls games. They don't tell the player much so the player can get as involved as much as he/she wants. But if you are really curious, the story is there.
I have played, and beaten, both Demons Souls and Dark Souls 1 multiple times. Demons Souls is my favorite RPG of all times. And Dark Souls 1 is another masterpiece. But I do not recommend you play Dark Souls 2. It was good, but it did not carry the spirit of the souls series. It felt like a cheap knock off and it was needlessly hard. I highly sugest you play Dark Souls 1 or Demons Souls instead.
While I love Uncharted, and I think part 2 is one of the best games ever made, i have to completely disagree with you. Indiana Jones is unmatched in the adventure genre. Raiders was, and still is, one of the best adventure movies ever made. Besides, without Indie there would be no Nathan.
